The location of this hotel is unbeatable. Situated in a residential area off the Hippodrome in Sultanahmet, it's in the heart of the old city and within walking distance of all the attractions. Plus, it's by a steep slope leading to the Hippodrome, facing a beautiful Ottoman mosque. The service and attention to detail at this hotel are exceptional. The staff, including the owner, are friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you have a comfortable stay. The rooms may be small, but they are well-kept and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The basic amenities, including air conditioning, are provided. And some rooms even offer a view of the Marmara Sea.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of a mirror outside the washroom and the blankets being not warm enough, overall, we had a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we had a pleasant chat with one of them, who shared interesting insights about Turkey. The price for the room was reasonable, making our stay even more worthwhile. Despite the small drawbacks, we would definitely recommend this hotel for its charm, cleanliness, and great location. a great experience at Theodian Hotel.
